newspaper for news, but now this trend is disappearing because of TikTok.
According to media reports, young people in Britain are also
turning to the social media platform TikTok for news.
A survey conducted by
the British regulatory company Ofcom has revealed that in 2020, one percent of
young people used to turn to TikTok for news, and now this number has
increased rapidly to 7 percent.
According to the report, 16 to 24-year-olds check the most
news on TikTok, on the other hand, teenagers choose newspapers and TV instead
of checking the news on social feeds.
